By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of services

GreenCleans offers professional, eco-friendly cleaning services for:

• Private households
• Offices and commercial spaces
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Special cleanings

All services are provided by appointment.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded by:

• Booking by phone
• Written booking by email
• Booking via the website

GreenCleans confirms appointments in writing or verbally.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are quoted in Euro (€).
• Payment is made by agreement (exclusively by bank transfer to the business account).
• Invoices must be settled within the specified period.
• In case of late payment, reminder fees may be charged.

5. Cancellation

• Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• In the event of short-notice cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
• GreenCleans reserves the right to reschedule appointments for important reasons.

6. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to:

• Provide access to the premises at the agreed time.
• Secure valuables before cleaning begins.
• Inform us in advance of any existing damage.

GreenCleans is not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly secured items.

7. Liability

• GreenCleans is only liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
• Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the respective service.
• Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded insofar as permitted by law.

8. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy applies in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hannover, insofar as permitted by law.
